ALAM's first official wellness residency will take place at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, October 18-28 2026. Throughout the residency, Daphne will be leading daily morning Pilates sessions exclusively for resort guests, alongside bookable 60- and 90-minute signature ALAM wellness treatments.
Inner & Outer Glow Ritual 60' by Daphne Lamberts
A signature ALAM Reserve full-body wellness ritual designed to support beauty, vitality, and deep restoration. The treatment begins with guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and induce deep relaxation, followed by ALAM's signature Gua Sha lymphatic techniques to support healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, release tension, and enhance natural radiance. The ritual concludes with a bespoke organic superfood elixir tailored to each guest's individual wellness goals.
